This innovative approach, powered by our Australian Made technology, Marshall’s energy management system, ensures communal energy distribution, lower costs, and greater grid independence, setting a new benchmark for sustainable multi-residential living.

The Challenge

Multi-dwelling units have traditionally faced significant barriers to solar adoption due to complexities in energy distribution, metering, and billing. The Frankston site required:

• Dynamic solar sharing with metering and billing on a monthly basis.

The Solution

• Inverter Capacity: 30kVA
• Battery Storage: 5kVA and 6.8 x 3 kWh
• PV Meter & Grid Meter: EM530
• Site Current Rate: 100A per phase
