ZECO Energy has successfully completed our first tailored Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) Solar Sharing solution, connecting a six-tenant site in Frankston to the grid with dynamic solar allocation. This innovative approach, powered by our Australian Made technology, Marshall’s energy management system, ensures equitable energy distribution, lower costs, and greater grid independence, setting a new benchmark for sustainable multi-residential living.
Multi-dwelling units have traditionally faced significant barriers to solar adoption due to complexities in energy distribution, metering, and billing. The Frankston site required:
