I started the solar search with solar quotes and I'm glad Patrick from Zeco took the time to visit us and explain all about solar and its benefits. It was informative and never felt like a sales pitch - because it wasn't. I'm glad we went with Zeco Energy for our 8kw system.
The no-upfront monthly rental option was a fantastic opportunity for us given that we just completed building and didn't have the finances to pay upfront. The installation process went smoothly and they cleaned up the site immediately after. I would definitely recommend Zeco for any solar or battery installation.

We found ZECO at the home show last year and discussed electrification with them. We booked an appointment and they were prompt in arriving and discussed the options in a clear way. We received quotes for a couple of different options and we ended up going with the full electrification. I obtained another quote for the same package from another company, and ZECO came in a shade cheaper, but I feel comfortable it was a fair price. They turned up to do the work as planned and were very prompt in responding to queries that I had during the process. The work was done to a high standard as best I can tell and the quote was honoured once the installation was finished. We are very happy with the way everything functions. We had the gas disconnected this morning and I'm happy to never have a gas bill again. I can highly recommend them.

Out of 5 Solar co's I contacted Pat is the only one from ZECO who came to site to explain the process and give a quote.
Their quote out of the 5 I received was also the most competitive using a well established inverter and the current best performing solar panels currently available.
Installation was quick and efficient and the installers were very tidy with any excess rubbish being collected a few days later, something that has not happened from my experience with other Solar co's.
All round painless and great experience.

I have been very happy with the service from Seb from Zeco Energy. Right from the start Seb gave exceptional service, calling around to the vacant unit I hadn't yet settled on to check out the switchboard and then included removal of an evap cooler in the quote. He gave a couple of good options for us to consider. Installation went without a hitch. I was very happy with my decision to pay a small premium for the exceptional service on offer.

Can confirm, paying no electricity in February.
Battery is a Giv Energy 13.5K on a 9.8 Kw solar panel system.
House of 5 with electric pool heating. The solar system needs to be managed like all households, but decent system to minimize bill to al most 0.
Pros : salesman Pat, phone assistance ( Tom) and the installers are fantastic.
Cons: Need an Australian generic step by step instructions on how to install the app and configure, having said that their phone support set up for us once we called them for assistance. Happy to recomend

Very happy with our new solar and battery system which is performing well and 100% powering the house from stored solar energy over night most nights. ZECO have been easy to deal with and did a fantastic job on the installation and were quick to turn up to make some small adjustments a few days later. Can’t fault them so far.
